Super Cool

Step 1: Uncontaminated, DISTILLED water.
Step 2: Reduce it’s temperature to below freezing. Do not disturb the water (like a sudden jarring movement) and it will remain liquid.
Step 3: Introduce either a contaminant or a shock to create bubbles – or in this instance, pouring.
Step 4: Super cool.
